The structure

A parent group, not a project

Spofibo is structured as a holding and operating entity that sits above individual ventures. It provides shared product direction, commercial oversight, and operational continuity across the businesses it builds and manages.

This structure allows each venture to focus on its own market and audience, while drawing on a consistent layer of product thinking, execution capability, and business judgement at the group level.

The external engagements Spofibo takes on are deliberately few and carefully chosen. They complement the internal venture work - and they benefit from the same rigour that goes into building products for the long term.

Leadership

Founded and led by Alexandru Budurovici

Spofibo was founded and is led by Alexandru Budurovici - a product and platform professional with experience across digital ventures, SaaS products, and advisory engagements in the Swiss and European markets.

The group reflects a deliberate choice to build durable digital businesses rather than accumulate short-term projects - combining the discipline of a holding structure with the hands-on character of an operating team.

Clarity over complexity

Every product and engagement starts with a clear problem definition. Complexity that does not serve the user is waste.

Long-term over expedient

Decisions are made with a multi-year lens. Spofibo is not optimising for the short term in its ventures or its advisory work.

Fewer, better engagements. This applies internally to which ventures get greenlit and externally to which clients Spofibo works with.
